Meet the Artist | Davi de Azevedo

Davi de Azevedo is a Brazilian-American photographer born in Boston, MA. He was raised in Marlborough, MA, and would make frequent trips to Minas Gerais, Brazil throughout his formidable years to visit extended family. Today, he aims to capture the essence of his Brazilian-American culture through his work, and is currently based in Inglewood, CA.

The images seen in Café were taken during Davi’s last trip to Brazil (March-April 2022), and were captured on his family’s coffee farm in Sao Francisco do Gloria, MG, Brazil. The series looks to showcase the coffee beans cultivated, while sharing the farm’s serenity.
